Given full creative control, we had the opportunity to bring their vision to life. We chose Club Carousel, an elegant venue in the heart of Sofia, where sophisticated ambiance meets the energy of the city’s nightlife. The evening’s theme, “Time Travel Gala: 1920s vs. 2020s Showdown!”, took guests on a journey through two iconic eras, immersing them in the charm of the past and the glamour of the present. The result? An unforgettable night of smiles, dancing, and memories that will last for years to come.

With precision and inspiration, we crafted a comprehensive plan, enriched with creative solutions and a carefully structured budget. Our focus was on the musical and visual experience—we wanted guests not just to attend but to fully immerse themselves in the evening’s atmosphere. To bring the theme to life, we enlisted a DJ, as well as swing and hip-hop dancers, who set the stage on fire with an electrifying dance battle. The décor masterfully recreated both eras, while a 360-degree video booth allowed guests to capture truly immersive memories. For those who preferred the timeless charm of classic photography, our photographer was always at the right place, ready to capture every unforgettable moment.
Of course, no remarkable event is complete without an exceptional culinary experience. We entrusted this task to an experienced catering company, which crafted a menu inspired by the spirit of the 1920s and modern gastronomy.
