The task:
In the middle of 2018, we set out to create a strategy for the online campaign “5 years extended warranty for household appliances Neff”, which would communicate the proposal on social networks.
What did we do:
We started by getting to know the client and his history, philosophy, goals. We carefully studied the profile of the audience. Then we rolled up our sleeves and developed three conceptual proposals and developed a series of thematic posts on each. Our main idea was to send a message that convincingly shows what and how much Neff gives. Without approaching the standard presentation and clichéd slogans, we opted for clear, visual, light and fun communication. That’s how we won the client – with a definite and easy to remember message “5> 2”, which we developed in different situations and depending on current events during the campaign – such as the first day of school and Christmas. Simple and clear, just what social media content should be.
The basis of the successful realization of the event was the attention to detail, communication with the client, as well as the precise budgeting and implementation of all stages of planning and implementation.
