Information Security Conference “For a Better Future and Present”

The task:

Comprehensive organization of the second annual conference on information security “For a better future and present”. When Clico approached us, the title of the event and the list of participants were available.

What did we do:

We offered a variety of locations. We calculated the budget for the event and managed it until the event. We made a website for the conference, created a registration form and invited all participants. We managed the design and production of materials and gifts, conference design and branding of the entire event, as well as media invitations and dissemination of information about the event. We took care of the menus and drinks during all the holidays. And to make sure that everyone will be aware of where the conference is taking place, we stretched a six-meter balloon right in front of the hotel.
