What did we do:
We took the time to look in detail at the brand’s product portfolio and get to know its audience. We made an analysis of the advertising performance of competing brands on social networks. The main goal we had to work for was active communication with the audience.
We have developed a strategy for managing the brand’s Facebook page with a mix of product, fun and engaging posts with impactful text and visions. Given that the Facebook algorithm gives priority to posts with a large number of comments and even more – those with different content, and that it shows the page again to an audience that has interacted with it, we knew exactly how to act. We relied on emotion and recognizing the problems that consumers face. We emphasized a tone of speech that shortened the distance and encouraged conversation or reaction, and so we were able to increase the audience’s affection, as well as inquiries about specific devices and promotions.
When we started working, we received high goals and challenging metrics that the global brand sets at the regional level. This only motivates us to give more.
