In the middle of 2018 we started working for our client BORICA AD. A company with 30 years of history in providing specialized products and services for the banking, financial and public sector, as well as for business and end customers. We started our joint work with the challenge to get to know the client and the style of his overall communication. So that we are ready to respond professionally and in a timely manner to each task. The first event for which the marketing team of BORICA AD turned to us was a business seminar for the representatives of the Bulgarian banking sector.
To create a key vision and to ensure the overall organization and implementation of an event, including a lecture panel and an evening cocktail party within the strategic program “BORICA New Generation”.
What did we do:
Our first task was to choose the best location that meets the specifics of the event, as well as to create a key design for it. We made a digital invitation in two versions with the ability to save the event directly in Outlook, a template for the presentations of the speakers, as well as a landing page for the event. We thought in detail about everything necessary for the implementation of the task and prepared a precise budget. We took care of the technical support, as well as the overall preparation and branding of the stage and the hall.
We provided the design and production of conference materials. As well as registration of participants, as well as hostesses to assist in comfortable accommodation and stay of those present. We precisely coordinated the work of all subcontractors to ensure the smooth running of each stage of the event. After the seminar we welcomed the guests with an official cocktail with themed autumn decorations and a special menu. We sent the participants with a smile and special branded gifts with a creative message. We provided customer feedback to all those present, to those who confirmed their participation and prepared a PR message to cover the event.
