Accenture Teambuilding

Accenture Bulgaria is part of Accenture, a leading global company providing a wide range of services and solutions in the field of strategy, consulting, digital technology and operations. Accenture works at the intersection of business and technology to help customers improve their efficiency and create sustainable value for their stakeholders. It has been present in Bulgaria since 2016 and there are already 150 employees here, with offices in Sofia and Plovdiv.

The task:

As our client since the beginning of 2016, Accenture assigns us a variety of marketing tasks. One of them is organizing team building. An important event for them every year. It is held every year in July for one day.

What did we do: 

We started the team building project with the selection on site. We communicated with the hotel for the smoothest possible event. We started preparing the script and menu, as well as selecting a presenter. We took care of organizing gifts for all employees. We offered fun games to be held during the day as well as during dinner. The place is outside Sofia and Plovdiv we had to find transport, which is another task we mentioned.

Teambuilding is a great success every year, both among employees and management – employees have great fun and managers are happy with the organization. We also organized the sealing of these special moments on tape. All the time we have our photographer, who took care to capture the happiest and most beautiful moments to remember.
